Oscar Winners Halle Berry and Whoopi Goldberg Lead Latest Group of 2025 Oscars Presenters Announced…..See More

Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson and more will also present at the Oscars on Sunday, March 2
As the 97th annual Academy Awards approaches, executive producer and showrunner Raj Kapoor and executive producer Katy Mullan announced a new batch of presenters on Tuesday, Feb. 11.
Halle Berry is the first to join the already-impressive list of presenters that includes 2024 Oscar winners Robert Downey Jr., Cillian Murphy, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Emma Stone.
Berry, 58, previously won Best Actress for her role in 2001’s Monster’s Ball at the 74th Academy Awards. Clinching the trophy cemented her in history as she became the first Black performer to win the Academy Award for Best Actress.
Berry previously presented at the 2023 Oscars, when she and Jessica Chastain presented Michelle Yeoh with the Best Actress statuette for her role in Everything Everywhere All at Once.
That year’s presentation was a breakaway from protocol as the award is usually announced by the previous year’s Best Actor winner. She and Chastain took over the honor after Will Smith, who had won for his role in King Richard, resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and was banned from attending its events for 10 years, after smacking Chris Rock at the 94th Oscars
Second to join the list is Whoopi Goldberg. The multi-hyphenate has two Oscar nominations to her name. At the 58th Academy Awards, Goldberg, 69, was nominated for Best Actress for The Color Purple. At the 63rd Academy Awards, she won Best Supporting Actress for Ghost.
Cruz, 50, received four Oscar nominations, the most recent being for Best Actress at the 94th Academy Awards for her role in Parallel Mothers. She has also previously served as a presenter.
Rounding out the list of new presenter additions are Bowen Yang, Elle Fanning, Scarlett Johansson, Amy Poehler, two-time Oscar nominee John Lithgow and Oscar-nominated June Squibb. Additional presenters are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Conan O’Brien is set to host the Oscars ceremony, which will air live from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood on Sunday, March 2, at 7 p.m. ET on ABC and Hulu.
