Ukraine’s President Zelensky has revealed the gift he brought to give to President Trump during their explosive meeting in the White House
In a sensational revelation to Time magazine, Ukraine’s President Zelensky disclosed his strategic intent when he was publicly chastised by Donald Trump and JD Vance, who has been chastised for being part of a Whatsapp group discussing US war plans that was leaked, at the White House. The Ukrainian leader had a calculated plan prior to the controversial face-to-face conference that startled onlookers worldwide.
He intended to present President Trump – who was said to have been ‘touched’ after receiving a gift from Russian President Vladimir Putin – with a unique gift during their Oval Office meeting centered around a potential minerals deal and peace discussions.
The wartime president brought with him an iconic piece of sports memorabilia — the heavyweight championship boxing belt of his friend, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk. Yet, the initial tension of addressing Mr. Trump propelled Mr. Zelensky to first unveil a dossier of harrowing images showcasing Ukrainian soldiers subjected to torture in Russian captivity.
