Just In Royal Family : Meghan and Harry leave four royals to choose between USA and Norfolk
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have invited four royals to spend Christmas with them in California, it has been reported.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly extended an invite to Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank to spend Christmas with them in California – forcing the pair to choose between spending the festive period in the UK or the US.
Along with their two sons, Eugenie, 34, and Jack, 38, have also been invited to join the annual celebrations at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
Speaking recently to Express.co.uk, a well-placed source said: “It’s a very difficult position for Eugenie because she has also been invited to Sandringham.”
The source added that the family may travel to the US after spending time with the royals. They added: “The diary is very tight over the holidays but there might be a slot free around New Years’ time for everyone to come together at some point.”
Speaking of Harry’s bond with Eugenie – as well as the bond between their children – the source added: “[Eugenie and Harry] have maintained a bond in recent years and are keen for their children to share a close family connection as they grow up… It would be so nice for the children to spend time with their cousins.”
Much like Eugenie – who shares August, three, and Ernest, one, with Jack – Harry and Meghan also have two children. The pair, who stepped down from royal duties in 2020, share Archie, five, and three-year-old Lilibet.
