Kim Kardashian reveals daughter North West is back to showering her with love after tension post-divorce.

Kim Kardashian is celebrating a major shift in her relationship with daughter North West, 11, after a period of emotional distance following her divorce from Kanye West.

On the latest episode of The Kardashians, the SKIMS mogul, 44, shared with her sister Kourtney Kardashian Barker that North is once again showing affection after what she described as “a year of being mad at me.”

“North is like obsessed with me now,” Kim said. “She calls me with her friends like, ‘Mom, I love you, you’re the best mom.’”

Kourtney acknowledged the shift and asked if Kim thought she had changed, to which Kim replied, “I mean, possibly. It was a year of her being mad at me.”

The reality star, who finalized her divorce from Kanye West in 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage, admitted she believes the separation played a role in their temporary disconnect.

“I think it was all the divorce,” she said. “It’s insane, the turnaround.”

Kim and Kanye share four children: North, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.

Reflecting on the emotional toll of her divorce, Kim previously shared that the hardest part was realizing how circumstances can force an unwanted ending.
