With Love, Meghan’ on Netflix continues to be criticised by journalists reviewing the show, which is will be airing for a second season.
Meghan Markle’s new Netflix show, which will air for a second season in autumn, continues to be criticised by more journalists as they watch ‘With Love, Meghan’. Speaking on GB News, journalist Suzan Holder told hosts: “I find it disappointing that this woman who is articulate has put herself back in the kitchen twiddling pretzels. I think it’s a shame.” Journalist Emma Woolf replied: “There’s nothing wrong with doing a cookery show if she wants to actually cook. But this is just silly, fakery, lifestyle stuff, arranging fruit and then calling it a rainbow platter, which everyone else calls a fruit salad.”
The guests discussed whether ‘With Love, Meghan’ was out of touch with reality. UK media outlets have been quick to review the series, with The Telegraph awarding the show a two-star review titled ‘this hostess with the mostest act must be exhausting’. One Guardian review branded the show ‘toe-curlingly unloveable tv’, issuing it one star. Meghan Markle, however, announced the show will be airing a series two in autumn, but has not yet revealed further details of the second season. She made the announcement via an Instagram story shortly after the first season aired.
