After two years of radio silence from the monarchy, it seems as though Meghan and Harry are having a change of heart.

Prince Harry is reportedly beginning to regret the way he handled the release of his tell-all memoir Spare, as well as the impact it had on the royals.

It’s been two years since the publication of the bombshell book that sparked controversy around the world and put the final nail in the coffin for Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship with the monarchy.

In the book Harry alleged Charles “didn’t hug him” when Princess Diana died, and that Prince William once “knocked him to the floor”.

Now the controversy surrounding the book’s release has died down, a source has claimed that Harry is feeling regretful about how the whole drama was handled.

Although Harry is glad he finally got his say on everything that went on with Spare, there is part of him that has some regrets over it all and the way it was handled,” a source told The Mirror.

“He was still very angry about how he was treated by his family and wanted them to know and felt his book was the only way they’d listen.

“But looking back, he’s not sure it was handled in the right way and he has faced a lot of criticism for it and hurt his family a lot.”

With Harry’s book proving to be a big seller, Meghan was also inundated with offers to pen her own bombshell book.
