Breaking News: Prince Harry Gifted Meaningful Bracelet at Invictus Games: ‘Whoever Saves One Life Saves the World….See More

Superhumans CEO Olga Rudnieva gave the Duke of Sussex a piece of jewelry with a special message as they attended the semi-final volleyball match
While Prince Harry is no stranger to getting gifts, his latest surprise from the CEO of a rehabilitation center came with a special message.
As the Duke of Sussex, 40, attended the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 for the event’s semi-final volleyball match between Team UK and Team Nigeria on Feb. 15, he was seated alongside a few new faces, including Olga Rudnieva.
The CEO of the Superhumans rehabilitation center in Ukraine, Rudnieva revealed both on Instagram and in conversation with Hello! Magazine that she presented Prince Harry with a new piece of jewelry: A bracelet with a powerful message about his support of her home country.
“We had a very good conversation with him because we need to learn a lot from other countries, and we gave him a T-shirt and a bracelet that says, ‘Whoever saves one life saves the world,’ ” Rudnieva told the outlet.
In the clip, she stood side-by-side with Prince Harry while explaining the importance of the jewelry, which featured his initials and the same phrase in Ukrainian.
After calling the gift “perfect,” Prince Harry posed with his new friend and jokingly called them “bracelet buddies
Speaking with Hello! about Prince Harry’s support of Ukraine, Rudnieva reflected on how he “wrapped the flag around one of our patients during a medal ceremony in Whistler, and it went viral in Ukraine because U.K. support is so important for Ukraine.”
“Many people will need a lot of adaptations after the war, including a sense of life, and that’s what the Invictus Games does and so [I] thanked him for the support he gave to Ukrainian people,” she said.
Per the outlet, Superhumans was founded in 2023, aims to serve 3,000 people annually through different forms of rehabilitation and — during this year’s Invictus Games in particular — had eight athletes competing who previously benefitted from the organization’s services.
We are doing face and limb reconstruction, prosthetic rehabilitation, psychological support, and social reintegration. We are only two years old, but we merged when the full scale invasion occurred,” she said. “We came to support our athletes, as we want more sport activities in Ukraine, more things with Invictus Games for our veterans.”
Prince Harry’s latest iteration of the Invictus Games kicked off last Saturday, with over 500 athletes from 23 nations going head-to-head this time around in eleven adaptive sports, featuring the introduction of six winter sports to the Games.
It’s incredible to be back in Canada. Canada couldn’t be more appropriate to host the first Winter Games. Everyone is so excited,” Prince Harry told PEOPLE.
He initially launched the tournament for wounded, injured and sick veterans and service personnel in 2014, and the Games have since reached their seventh cycle and first return to a former host country following the 2017 Toronto Games.
On Sunday, Feb. 16, the Invictus Games will close out with the rowing finals and a Closing Ceremony featuring performances from Jelly Roll, Barenaked Ladies and The War and Treaty
