Fans think they spotted a mistake from the 43-year-old in a 28-second video

Fans think they have caught a rookie error by Meghan Markle in her recent video as they claim the 43-year-old needed multiple filming attempts, based on the sand of the Californian coastline.

The Duchess of Sussex posted a 28-second clip to her Instagram account that showed her wearing all-white and running along a wet beach close to their home in Santa Barbara County, as she carved 2025 in the sand to celebrate the New Year.

However, fans think she needed multiple takes to get it right by spotting what appears to be another 2025 slightly further away as she ran off camera smiling with Prince Harry continuing to film on.

One user wrote via X.com, formerly Twitter, “Was this her 3rd or 4th take? Rookie mistake to leave her other attempts writing “2025” in the shot.”

A second added, “Amazed she can spell “2025”…”

And a third declared, “You can see other “2025”s as she walks up. This was a re-shoot, lmao.”

Markle returns to Instagram

The clip marked her return to Mark Zuckerberg’s social media app after she previously quit being online when she got engaged to Prince Harry in 2018 as part of royal protocols that saw them only use the @sussexroyal handle.

Upon stepping down as working members of the Royal Family in 2020, it is believed she created the latest account in June 2022 but kept it dormant until the New Year on Wednesday, January 1 when she launched the video.

She has since made another post launching her latest documentary series with Netflix, and the account has picked up over 900,000 followers since being launched. Markle is verified on the app and fans loved her return.

One user wrote via X.com, “this video alone has more personality than the entire royal family.”

Whilst a second commented, “real queen of england.”

And a third said, “About time really. Meghan Markle has dealt with enough shiz to last her a few lifetimes.”
