Breaking News: King Charles ‘isn’t giving Kate advice’ about being the future Queen, but why?…..See More
While most of us get an informative handover when starting a new job, it seems Kate Middleton won’t be as lucky.
According to royal author Christopher Andersen, who recently spoke to Fox News, King Charles isn’t giving the future Queen any tips for her eventual time on the throne.
While Christopher did reveal that the Princess of Wales and Charles have “strengthened their bond” due to “their shared cancer battle,” the pair’s relationship hasn’t extended to tea spilling over how to rule the country.
King Charles was so impressed with her grace and grit that he bestowed a singular honour on Kate, making her a Royal Companion of Honour, an unmistakable sign of his faith in her ability to help carry the monarchy forward,” the royal expert said. “But beyond that, the King is not about to be giving Kate advice about being a future Queen.”
“That would simply give oxygen to the notion that he might not be around much longer, and Charles III intends to stay put on the throne for years to come,” the expert suggested of the reason why.
And Charles isn’t the only one reportedly keeping a tight lip on life as a monarch. “For much of the same reason, Camilla has not felt compelled to speak with Kate about what it’s like to be queen,” Christopher claimed.
Regardless of all that, “King Charles is extremely fond and proud of his daughter-in-law,” according to another royal expert who also spoke to Fox News. “I believe he is one of her biggest fans,” said Helena Chard. “They share similar passions, and he recognises her wow factor, empathy and resilience.”
