Breaking: Meghan Markle’s ‘secret habit with staff that left Prince Harry bewildered….See More

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s reputation as bosses has been thrown back into the spotlight in the wake of a bruising magazine takedown
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle find themselves under renewed scrutiny regarding their conduct as employers following a scathing exposé in Vanity Fair. The article paints an unflattering portrait of working for the Sussexes.
Inside sources have been quoted claiming Meghan could be “really, really awful” at work when things didn’t align with her expectations and hint at complex ‘demands’ leading to tensions. Allegations she denies. One cutting assertion includes: “You can be yelled at even if somebody doesn’t raise their voice.”
Adding fuel to the fire is Royal expert Camilla Tominey from The Telegraph, who recounts testimony from a former employee describing Meghan’s ‘whisper shout’.
This technique supposedly allows her to maintain a normal tone when Harry is present, thus concealing her aggression and prompting his defence of her as ‘misunderstood’. Nearby residents of their Montecito abode have also labelled the couple as ‘entitled’ and ‘disingenuous’.
While the Sussexes have not responded to this recent wave of allegations, sources close to them have indicated that they are ‘distressed’ by the claims laid out in the publication, reports the Mirror.
Friends of Harry and Meghan have highlighted remarks from Sharon Stone back in 2020 when the couple first arrived in Montecito, where she praised them as a “giving, caring, participating part of our community.”
This comes via an article that surfaced just months following claims in the Hollywood Reporter branding Meghan as ‘Duchess Difficult’. Reportedly, after these accusations, past and current staff members of the Sussexes have stepped up to defend Meghan’s work environment in US Weekly.
Among the defenders was Josh Kettler, who served briefly as Harry’s chief of staff for three months before leaving, a departure that sparked curiosity considering his recent appointment to support Harry’s new chapter. Kettler, who had also been the chief of staff and head of strategic partnerships at Cognixion, shared positive comments about his experience, saying he felt “warmly welcomed” by both Sussexes and their Archewell team.
He emphasized, “They are dedicated and hardworking. It was impressive to witness.”
Ashley Hansen, the couple’s current global press secretary, also spoke to the magazine about her experience working for them. She praised their supportive nature, recounting how she had to take a leave of absence due to a major surgery.
During this time, Meghan showered her with phone calls, care packages and flowers, demonstrating an outpouring of support.
