Venus Williams iconic and brand new look at Lacoste’s Spring 2026 Show

Venus Williams attended Lacoste’s spring 2026 fashion show on Sunday, bringing tenniscore to Paris Fashion Week and debuting a brand-new look. The athlete donned tennis whites, featuring a polo shirt with short sleeves and matching wide-leg trousers. Making a sartorial style statement, Williams carried two bags from the brand, including a green Runway Mini Lenglen, which is inspired by the shape of the pleated miniskirts from tennis kits. She also carried a white pleated bag with “For Tennis Use Only” printed on it. The look was further accented with bright blue pointed-toe heels.Williams debuted a new hairdo at the event. Taking a style note from Naomi Campbell, the athlete sported long, straight hair with blunt bangs. Hairstylist Ro Morgan was behind Williams’ look with help from makeup artist Daniel Kolaric.
A global ambassador for Lacoste since 2022, Williams has established a strong relationship with the brand and become a fixture at its events worldwide. In 2025, Lacoste dressed Williams for the Met Gala, creating a custom emerald-green look for her.“Dressing Venus Williams was a profound privilege. She is a trailblazer: a tennis legend, a fashion icon and a powerful voice for women,” Lacoste’s creative director Pelagia Kolotouros told WWD at the time. “Every detail was crafted in Paris to reflect Venus’ stature and to express, through technique and silhouette, the full extent of our savoir-faire.
”For Lacoste’s spring 2026 collection, Kolotouros drew inspiration from the locker room, according to WWD’s Lily Templeton. “For spring, the locker room was the inspiration behind her collection and doubled as a metaphor for what she’s been doing, broadly an attractive blend of the elegance of yore, even in physical activities, and the athleisure of more recent times,” Templeton wrote in her review. Besides Venus Williams, the front row also saw the faces of Michelle Williams and Adrien Brody, among others.
