British royal family news reveals that POTUS Donald Trump has seemingly reversed his stance on Prince Harry and the ongoing investigation into the status of US visa application.

Trump last week said he would not deport the druggy prince if there is cause to do so, but today he did a 180, claiming that criminal prosecution could be on the table for Harry.

The Mail on Sunday reports that Donald Trump has “vowed transparency” in the court case involving Harry and that he will indeed back legal action if the clown prince lied on his legal documents. Anyone lying about drug use on a US visa application faces up to five years in jail, a fine, or deportation. Here’s what to know.

Donald Trump Reverses Course
Last week the US President denied plans to deport the duke, noting that he is being punished enough in life by being married to the “terrible” former basic cable actress Meghan Markle.
In his 2023 memoir Spare, Harry “admitted using cocaine, marijuana and magic mushrooms” and he’s boasted about his love for ayahuasca.

If Harry was honest about his proclivities on his visa, he would have required a visa waiver to enter the country. Interestingly enough, while the court case against him has been going on for months, Harry hasn’t defended himself one time.

Why Doesn’t Harry Defend Himself?

The case was brought by the think-tank The Heritage Foundation. The group wants the Department of Homeland Security to release Harry’s application data in order to discover any cover up or special treatment.

Originally Judge Carl Nichols said that the documents should be kept private but last Thursday “he ordered details of a secret ‘in camera’ meeting last summer between himself and lawyers for the DHS to be turned over to The Heritage Foundation.”

In light of this new information, a source said that the president has made it clear that if “Harry lied on his visa application, then he could face prosecution.”

They note that if Harry answered the drugs question truthfully, he would have been interviewed and possibly granted a waiver: “If that is the case, the public has a right to know.”
