The Duke of Sussex was just hours away from a major legal update.

Prince Harry is just hours away from a major deadline in a bitter legal row over how he obtained entry to the United States.

Today, the US Government must determine which documents regarding the Duke of Sussex’s visa application can be disclosed.

This was after the conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation brought a case before the court, demanding that the Government release documents regarding the 40-year-old’s visa application.

The think tank argues that releasing the Prince’s visa documents is of “immense public interest”, alleging that the exiled royal received preferential treatment from the Biden administration or made false declarations on his immigration forms.

The Prince, in his memoir ‘Spare’, revealed that he had taken several illicit substances, including cocaine, cannabis, and psychedelic mushrooms.
