Update: Negotiate with terrorists”: Saturday Night Live producer branded Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift a terrorist…. See More

Lorne Michaels claims Taylor Swift once asked him to stop a ‘Saturday Night Live’ sketch that mocked her girl squad. In 2015, the creator of ‘SNL’ asked Taylor to make a cameo in a sketch reimagining her ‘Bad Blood’ music video squad as members of an apocalyptic cult. Taylor refused, stating she would not appear and asked for the sketch to be cut, which he ultimately refused.
SNL producer has jokingly referred to Taylor Swift as a “terrorist”
A Saturday Night Live producer has jokingly referred to Taylor Swift as a “terrorist” and mocked her for being booed at Super Bowl LIX. Swift has faced ridicule from Elon Musk and President Trump, but this is not her first time in Hollywood. Ten years ago, SNL created a parody of Taylor Swift’s 2014 hit single “Bad Blood,” featuring Tina Fey, Amy Schumer, and Amy Poehler.
Despite its success, Swift initially expressed disapproval to producer Lorne Michaels. Michaels recalled telling Rolling Stone that he responded to Swift’s concerns by saying: “Taylor, I do not negotiate with terrorists.”
The show concluded with a parody, which was a hit with many viewers. On YouTube, one commenter wrote: “This is amazing. i love love love amy and tina so much.”, reports the Express US. Another user commented: “LMAOOO I love all of this, hilarious on so many levels.” A third added, “This went way too hard for a silly sketch, love it.”
Another enthusiastic fan exclaimed: “1000x improvement on Bad Blood! I hated it for showing off social connections and pushing toxic ideas of power, influence, and social standing. This is more of a celebration of the everyday we need to get by. A real squad — the nannies, the random kindness of strangers, gynecologists, all sorts.”
