FLYING SOLO Meghan Markle’s £3k Valentine’s Day gift from Prince Harry revealed as she returns to Montecito solo…. See More

Sources close to the couple claim the move to spend Valentine’s Day apart was pre-planned
Meghan Markle, 43, is a clear lover of high-end jewellery jewels, most recently having donned £210,000 worth gems in her new TV cooking show.
Aside from her £140,000 diamond engagement ring, Meghan rocked £70,000 worth of glitzy pieces, which included the luxurious Cartier Love Bangle stack, worth over £7,000.
Last Valentine’s Day, the mum-of-two received a dazzling new addition from husband Prince Harry, 40, and it looks like the elegant fashionista will add yet another sparkler to her mega collection in just a day as February 14 rolls around again.
As reported by Hello!, the Duke of Sussex purchased a pair of £3,240 Diamond Cascade earrings for his wife from California-based jewellers Maya Brenner.
The lavish gift was particularly thoughtful of Harry given Meghan’s love of the luxury brand, which was created by Brenner, a mother, social worker, and entrepreneur, who reportedly built the successful business from the ground up.
The Los Angeles-based designer previously admitted that she found it ”a little nerve-wracking” when she saw the former Suits star wearing one of her necklaces during a stroll in Toronto in December 2016.
The delicate chain had both ”H” and ”M” charms – an early indication of the seriousness of the couple’s relationship.
Speaking to Hello! at the time, Maya admitted she feared the ”Meghan Effect” would leave her struggling to keep up with a huge spike in demand from royal fans.
”It’s like a Las Vegas slot machine when you pull the handle and the reel starts spinning,” she said.
