The palace made the following announcement: “Ahead of their state visits to the Holy See and the Republic of Italy, this evening the King and Queen will join Inigo Lambertini, Italian Ambassador to the UK, and Italian-American actor Stanley Tucci for a dinner in celebration of Slow Food and Slow Fashion at Highgrove.

In addition, King Charles and Queen Camilla will join Pope Francis in celebrating the 2025 Jubilee Year.

While a lot of people think that a trip like this should be reserved for the likes of Prince William and Kate Middleton, King Charles and Queen Camilla know that this is their time to be in the limelight.

This past year has been one of the worst on record for the King of England with his cancer diagnosis and that’s why he wants to show the world that he’s back and that he’s also better than ever before, even though he’s still quietly dealing with his health battles.
