Meghan Markle has been blasted for “frolicking in the sand” as an expert said the Royal Family are “better off” without the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan Markle has been criticised over the timing of her Instagram return, with a video that shows her “frolicking on the beach”.
Just hours prior to the release of Meghan’s first Instagram reel, reports came in over the tragic death of 31-year-old Edward Pettifer – who was the stepson of Prince William and Harry’s childhood nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke. Speaking on a recent episode of the ‘Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered’ podcast, columnist Maureen Callahan spoke about Meghan’s most recent case of “bad timing.
Following the news, King Charles and the Prince and Princess of Wales released statements, which shared their sadness for Edward’s family. Kinsey, herself, said on the episode: “It was very serious and devastating but in the process of that, I want you to imagine Meghan frolicking on the beach for Instagram, because how bad was the timing of this, for Meghan choosing to launch her brand after multiple attacks on the country.”
To which Ms Callahan replied: “As you have said before [and] as I have said before, her timing is nothing short of consistently terrible.”
With Kinsey highlighting that Meghan wrote ‘2025’ in the wet sand “multiple times”, Ms Callahan added: “It just shows how much better off the royals remain without them[the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.]”
