It seems like they are taking a very pragmatic approach to the entire situation. Of course, we are talking about Prince William and Kate Middleton and the rules they have in place when it comes to their three children and their social media use. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

They are royal kids, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t curious kids. There’s a new report that says the Prince and Princess of Wales do allow their three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis – access to social media.

However, they limit the time they allow their children to be on it and are very strict with what content they are allowed to use.

Clearly, Prince William and Kate Middleton are not going to totally ban their children from social media, knowing all too well that they are going to be curious about it, thanks to all of their friends at school.

Apparently, the royal children have access to their shared family accounts but with parental controls.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “They’d love to be able to totally shield them from social media, but the older they get, the harder that is. So instead, they’ve decided on a lot of rules.”[

Screen time in general is very limited for them. They have their shows they like to watch but they’re encouraged to do other things like playing outside and reading.”

“William and Kate know they can’t protect them forever but they’re very keen to teach them healthy habits and keep them safe for as long as they can.”

Now, whether or not the royal children will have access to their aunt Meghan Markle’s new Instagram account remains to be seen.
