Jay-Z was spotted quietly supporting his wife, Beyoncé, for her Christmas Day halftime performance as the Baltimore Ravens took on the Houston Texans.

While the rapper did not appear in the Netflix livestream Wednesday, a fan spotted him inside NRG Stadium in Houston with the couple’s 7-year-old daughter, Rumi, as well as the singer’s mother, Tina Knowles, and former Destiny’s Child bandmate Michelle Williams.

In the clip shared on Instagram, Jay-Z, 55, walked through the stadium while holding a bottle of his Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Champagne in one hand as his family followed close behind.

He wore a floral cardigan, a white T-shirt, black pants, a black knit beanie and sunglasses for the occasion, while Tina, 70, and Williams, 45, paid homage to Beyoncé’s country album, “Cowboy Carter,” by wearing white cowboy hats.

Rumi, meanwhile, looked adorable in a cream sweater, a white skirt and a pink Chanel crossbody bag as she snacked on a blue icy treat.

Beyoncé, 43, kicked off her 13-minute performance by making a grand entrance on horseback dressed in a crystal-covered white bodysuit, chaps and a cowboy hat.

The “Halo” artist performed several songs from “Cowboy Carter” for the first time, including “16 Carriages,” “Ya Ya,” and “Jolene.”

Post Malone joined her on the field for their collab, “Levii’s Jeans,” and she and Shaboozey duetted on their “Sweet Honey Buckiin’” tune.

Beyoncé also sang her cover of the Beatles’ “Blackbird” with rising country singers Tanner Adell, Brittany Spencer, Reyna Roberts and Tiera Kennedy.

Her and Jay-Z’s eldest daughter, Blue Ivy, 12, stole the show by joining her mom as a backup dancer as Beyoncé closed out her performance with her chart-topping hit “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

In November, the NFL and Netflix announced the 32-time Grammy winner would perform songs from her latest No. 1 album during halftime of the NFL game in her Texas hometown.

Some fans thought Beyoncé’s Christmas performance would be canceled after Jay-Z was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl alongside his longtime pal and collaborator Sean “Diddy” Combs at a house party in 2000.

The alleged victim originally filed a lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder, also 55, and said an unnamed male celebrity had also participated in the act while an unidentified female star watched.

In the suit, Jane Doe claimed she went to Combs’ MTV Video Music Awards afterparty and began to feel “woozy” after consuming a drink.

She then alleged that the rappers entered a bedroom she was resting in before Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, held her down while Combs raped her. Doe claimed she was then raped by the Roc Nation Records founder.

The plaintiff claimed in her lawsuit that the unknown female celebrity watched and did not intervene.

After the news of the amended lawsuit broke, Jay-Z vehemently denied the accusations and claimed the woman’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, was trying to “blackmail” him. (Combs also denied his involvement in the alleged rape via his rep.)

The following day, the “Hard Knock Life” emcee filed to dismiss the suit and asked for the accuser to be named publicly.

On Dec. 13, Jane Doe conducted an interview with NBC News in which she admitted to having inconsistencies in her story.

When asked about her father not being able to corroborate her story, she told the outlet, “There are a lot of things, and this is stuff that we argue about constantly, something he said or did back in New York around that time period he just doesn’t remember. It actually causes a lot of fights sometimes in the household.”

Carter’s attorney, Alex Spiro, then told reporters on Dec.16 that the woman’s inconsistencies were “not minor” and prove that the incident “never happened.”

The famed lawyer also distanced his client from Combs, saying their relationship was just a professional one.

On Thursday, a New York judge ruled that the accuser’s name did not have to be made public at this stage because “the weight of the factors tips in favoring of allowing plaintiff to remain anonymous.”

According to court documents obtained by The Post, Judge Analisa Torres believes the alleged victim is “particularly vulnerable to the possible harms of disclosure” because she “continues to experience depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and a seizure disorder associated with the stress of her sexual assault.”

The judge also scolded Jay-Z and his lawyer for demanding the name be disclosed.

Carter’s lawyer’s relentless filing of combative motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources and a tactic unlikely to benefit his client,” she wrote in the ruling.

In the wake of the scandal, Beyoncé has remained united with her husband.

A source recently told Page Six exclusively that the “Cuff It” singer “has no intention of leaving Jay-Z” and “wholeheartedly believes him.”

Combs, for his part, is currently behind bars after being arrested in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The “All About the Benjamins” rapper has pleaded not guilty, and his trial is set for May 5, 2025.
