Taylor Swift is in a giving mood this holiday season. Just days after wrapping up The Eras Tour, the pop star went back to Kansas City, Missouri, to spread Christmas cheer to the patients at the city’s Children’s Mercy Hospital on December 12, meeting with several of kids who were also big Swifties. The “Fortnight” singer took the act of kindness a step further, and later surprised a patient with a very special gift.

During the surprise hospital visit, Swift wore a $4,500 navy blue, green, and yellow plaid Miu Miu co-ord set that consisted of a $2,250 pleated miniskirt and $2,250 button-down top. While meeting with a young patient at the hospital named Naya, Taylor was showered with compliments about her outfit. “Thank you for saying my outfit was tea,” Swift told Naya in a video of her signing a copy of the girl’s The Eras Tour Book. “Yes, everything about it. Your hair!” Naya said, to which Swift replied, “You made my day with that.”

Naya revealed that Swift purchased that same Miu Miu outfit for her as an unexpected Christmas gift in a sweet video posted to her TikTok on December 22. The video showed her unboxing the look from her hospital bed, while she excitedly cheered in delight and disbelief after finding out that the gift was from Swift.

The video also featured a quick look at the handwritten note that Swift wrote for her, which read, “When you asked where I got it, I purposely didn’t tell you because I had a plan 🙂 Picked you up a few things I hope you’ll think are tea.
