Simone Biles revealed some personal details about herself in a “Get Unready With Me” video on TikTok. In the candid clip posted on October 29, the gymnast told fans she’s had three plastic surgery procedures, saying, “Two of them you would never be able to tell.”

When viewers offered guesses, Biles confirmed in the comments that she’d had a lower blepharoplasty to address pronounced under-eye bags and an earlobe repair after an earring mishap when she was younger. She also hinted she had a breast augmentation, signaled by the cherries emoji.The speculation about Biles’s breast augmentation isn’t new. In October, she posted a video on her Instagram Story doing the first flip she’d done in over a year at her new house. In the caption, she called out her “new 🍒,” alluding to a possible boob job with the cherries emoji. Meanwhile, fans had already been wondering after she posted a swimsuit photo from her vacation with her husband, Jonathan Owens, in Belize.

In an interview with ELLE last year, Biles opened up about her beauty practices and her journey of embracing herself. She reflected on the years-long public criticism of her hair and how she reached a place where she’s more confident. “I’m finally learning to love my hair and the texture that I have and the styles that I can do,” she said.
The athlete continued, saying, “I used to worry about [my hair being considered] not professional. But I’m not embarrassed about it anymore.”

Biles, who’s the most decorated gymnast of all time, also spoke about the importance of taking care of her mental health as someone who’s often judged both on and off the mat. “I am doing therapy weekly to keep everything in tune so that I feel comfortable and confident enough to be competing,” she shared. “It’s been a crucial part of my training regimen.”
