Incredible moment:Venus Williams Flaunts Her New Bold Blunt Bangs During a Rare Date Night With Her Fiancé

After years of oscillating between the Millennial-loved side part and Gen Z-signature middle part, Venus Williams is back on the bangs bandwagon—and she’s giving her dramatic hair transformation plenty of screen time on the red carpet. After debuting the bold blunt fringe at Paris Fashion Week earlier this month, Williams’s new fringe was front and center as she stepped out for a rare date night with her fiancé Andrea Preti on Tuesday evening.

Williams and the actor-producer couldn’t keep their eyes—or hands—off each other as they made one of a rare joint appearance at the October 28 Swarovski “Masters of Light” exhibition opening celebration. Posing together at the Los Angeles event, the seven-time Grand Slam champion and Preti opted for subtle coordinated dressing as they gazed into each other’s eyes. The One More Day director looked dapper in a black-and-white pinstriped suit while his other half quite literally sparkled in layers of multi-watt crystal jewelry and a surprisingly athleisure-coded power suit.

Wearing her long dark hair in a half-up curly style that showed off her rounded bangs, the iconic tennis player turned heads by going topless under her plunging black blazer. Her tailored jacket was accented with white silk lapels and a white silk trim on her sleeves, which featured rows of white silk buttons. Her low-cut neckline framed two layered crystal chain-link necklaces, as well as a statement crystal necklace with giant stones that hung right above right over her chest.
Williams—who was spotted wearing a Mrs. Preti hat ahead of wedding festivities in Italy in September—paired her jacket with black slacks that were trimmed with a white stripe on the sides à la track pants, in a nod to her sporty prowess. She added some extra shine with bold crystal earrings and ear cuffs, as well as a pair of silver metallic sandal heels that peeped out from underneath her ankle-length pants. The star kept with the metallic ethos for her glam, accentuating her eyes with an iridescent dark forest green eyeshadow and bold lashes. A nude glossy lip and flushed cheeks finished off Williams’s glow.
