Meghan Markle, who shares kids Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, with Prince Harry, detailed her favorite activities she shares with her kids, including Saturday cartoons and creating bouquets of flowers.

Meghan Markle is loving her family time as much as ever.

The Duchess of Sussex recently detailed the cozy weekend ritual she most enjoys sharing with her husband Prince Harry and their kids Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3.

“Saturday morning cartoons in bed is also high on my list,” Meghan told the Godmothers Substack in their March 7 newsletter. “In the U.K., they call it a ‘duvet day,’ and I’ve always found that sweet. Our little family, snuggled up for an easy family morning followed by pancakes and bacon. The dream.”

And the As Ever founder loves to incorporate her kids in her other favorite activities, too.

“I love flower arranging,” she continued. “It’s not something I grew up doing, but arranging flowers is one of those simple pleasures that I can get lost in. [It] sparks my creativity, allows me tangibly to get my hands in something that adds beauty, and connects me to nature.”

The 43-year-old added, “My kids have jumped in to help me make arrangements, too, which makes it all the sweeter.”

In addition to making memories with her own kids, Meghan has leaned into the traditions she shared with her mom Doria Ragland growing up in Los Angeles.

“I also love finding a good deal,” she shared. “That may be in my DNA from clipping coupons from the Sunday paper with my mom when I was little, but I always feel triumphant when I’ve bought something on sale or found a coupon code online.”

Amid the chaos of parenting two young kids, building her company and launching her new Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Suits alum has also made it a point to focus on her relationship with Prince Harry, including what the pair refer to as “day dates” and “nightcap recaps.”

“I think all parents in this phase with kids the same age know it’s rinse and repeat,” Meghan told People in a March 12 interview, noting which TV show she and Harry wind down to, “We love Shrinking.”

As for what’s next in their “nightcap recap” TV queue? She said, “We just finished Black Doves. And we’re excited for the new season of The White Lotus.”
