Just In: Prince Andrew’s fatal character flaw revealed as he faces new setback in bid to return to Royal Family life….See More

The Duke of York never makes it a few months without being embroiled in a new scandal, and one Royal expert believes they know why he is drawn to this.
Prince Andrew’s fatal character flaw has been revealed by a royal expert, who claimed that this is why he keeps being embroiled in scandals. The Duke of York has also faced a new setback in his bid to return to royal life, as he has been left as a pariah since before Christmas
His relationship with an alleged Chinese spy became a huge talking point, with this being discussed at the House of Commons. His friendship with Yang Tengbo meant that he was forced to spend Christmas at Royal Lodge instead of joining the rest of his family at Sandringham.
He has been out of public life since a car crash interview with Emily Maitlis in 2019 where he defended his friendship with paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. These two associations have led to scandals engulfing the Royal Family, and are a sign of one of his biggest problems.
Royal commentator Charlotte Griffiths discussed this issue with GB News after the Chinese spy scandal broke, and revealed that it is “what we’ve come to expect from Andrew.” She went on: “He just loves to court these very controversial figures, so long as they’ve got a big wallet and they might show signs of being willing to open it for him, he seems so drawn to these characters.
“Epstein, of course, was the famous association he should never have had. And now we find he’s in the middle of another of another deeply embarrassing association, and his role as the UK’s trade envoy for years and years only made this worse, because it almost sanctioned his right to sort of hobnob with questionable people from all over the world as well as, you know, fairly standard people. But you know, it gave him an avenue, didn’t it?”
Andrew was spotted out and about on Saturday as he headed out for his weekly ride around the Windsor estate. He has been confined to the Royal Lodge for the last few months, even though King Charles wants him out.
He has seemingly “outfoxed” his brother and found a way to fund the costly upkeep of it, as well as his private security after his brother pulled the plug on his funding in an attempt to force him out. The monarch wants him to move into Frogmore Cottage but has been unable to get Andrew out.
Ms Griffiths claimed that because of his scandals “he’s got to move” there. She added: “And by the way, who wouldn’t want to live at Frogmore Cottage. It had a 2.4 million pound makeover. Apparently, it’s very stylish, very modern, very warm. It sounds wonderful.”
It was originally the home of Meghan and Prince Harry and so it was “very heavily influenced by the Soho House brand with their interiors, and I think they got quite involved, actually, in the decoration of this place. So if he feels a sort of Soho House Energy about him in 2025 I’d say he should just embrace Frogmore Cottage. I mean, I certainly would.
Andrew faced new allegations of inappropriate behaviour earlier this month, after a masseuse made claims about him. Monique Giannelloni has written a memoir where she said she met Ghislaine Maxwell in 2000, who later arranged for her to give Prince Andrew a massage at Buckingham Palace.
